Quiche Base
  • 6 eggs large
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1.5 cups ham diced
  • 1.5 cups broccoli florets chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a pie dish.
  2. Whisk eggs and milk together in a large bowl.
  3. Add salt, pepper, ham, broccoli, and cheese to the mixture.
  4. Pour into prepared dish and spread evenly.
  5. Bake for 35–40 minutes until set and lightly golden.
  6. Cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
