Chicken Marinade
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 limes juiced
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp pepper
Rice
  • 1 cup white rice
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
Black Beans
  • 1 can black beans
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Method
 

  1. Marinate chicken with spices, garlic, oil, and lime juice.
  2. Cook rice until fluffy.
  3. Heat and season black beans.
  4. Cook chicken until fully done and slice.
  5. Assemble bowls with rice, beans, and chicken.

Notes

Add avocado and cilantro for best flavor.
