- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking pan.
- Whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Cream butter and sugar until fluffy, then add eggs and vanilla.
- Alternate adding dry ingredients and milk to form batter.
- Fold in flour-coated blueberries gently.
- Pour into pan and bake 40–45 minutes.
- Cool, dust with powdered sugar, slice, and serve.
Notes
Do not overmix batter. Toss blueberries in flour to prevent sinking. Use fresh or frozen berries.
