Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 0.25 cup sugar
Filling
  • 1 cup peanut butter creamy
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1.5 cups heavy cream
Topping
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 0.5 cup heavy cream

Method
 

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs, butter, and sugar. Press into pie dish and chill.
  2. Beat cream cheese, peanut butter, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Whip heavy cream to stiff peaks and fold into mixture.
  4. Spread filling into crust and smooth top.
  5. Heat cream and pour over chocolate chips, stir until smooth.
  6. Pour ganache over pie and refrigerate until set.

Notes

Chill overnight for best results and clean slicing.
