Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.33 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
Filling
  • 1 cup peanut butter creamy
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1.5 cups whipped topping
Toppings
  • 0.5 cup chocolate chips melted
  • crushed peanuts optional

Method
 

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until combined.
  2. Press mixture into a pie dish and refrigerate until firm.
  3. Beat cream cheese until smooth, then mix in peanut butter, sugar, and vanilla.
  4. Fold in whipped topping until light and fluffy.
  5. Spread filling into crust and smooth the top.
  6. Add melted chocolate and toppings if desired.
  7. Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

Chill overnight for best texture and flavor. Can be frozen for a firmer consistency.
