  • 24 Oreo cookies crushed
  • 5 tbsp unsalted butter melted
Filling
  • 1 cup peanut butter creamy
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1.5 cups whipped cream
Topping
  • 0.5 cup whipped cream
  • 6 Oreo cookies crushed
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter melted

Method
 

  1. Crush Oreo cookies and mix with melted butter. Press into a pie dish and chill.
  2. Beat cream cheese until smooth, then mix in peanut butter.
  3. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until creamy.
  4. Fold in whipped cream gently to keep mixture airy.
  5. Spread filling into chilled crust and smooth the top.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until firm.
  7. Top with whipped cream, crushed Oreos, and peanut butter drizzle before serving.
