Ingredients
  

Crepes
  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Chocolate Ganache
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1.5 cups chocolate chips
Marshmallow Filling
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 0.5 cup cream
Graham Crumble
  • 1 cup graham crackers crushed

Method
 

  1. Whisk all crepe ingredients until smooth and let rest.
  2. Cook thin crepes in a skillet until lightly golden.
  3. Heat cream and mix with chocolate to form ganache.
  4. Melt marshmallows with cream until smooth.
  5. Layer crepes with ganache, marshmallow, and graham crumble.
  6. Repeat layering and finish with toppings.
