Method
- Preheat oven to 250°F (120°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place saltine crackers into a large mixing bowl.
- Whisk together oil, pickle juice, and seasonings until combined.
- Pour seasoning mixture over crackers and gently toss to coat evenly.
- Spread crackers on baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Cool completely before serving or storing.
