Croissant Base
  • 4 butter croissants
Pistachio Filling
  • 1 cup ground pistachios
  • 0.25 cup chopped pistachios
  • 0.25 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • 1 tbsp rose water optional
Syrup
  • 0.33 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp water

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare syrup by simmering honey, sugar, and water, then cool.
  3. Mix pistachios, sugar, honey, and butter to create filling.
  4. Slice croissants and lightly toast.
  5. Fill croissants with pistachio mixture.
  6. Bake 10–12 minutes until golden.
  7. Drizzle with syrup and garnish with pistachios.
