Method
- Combine peanut butter and powdered sugar in a bowl until smooth.
- Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined sheet.
- Melt chocolate chips in microwave in 20–30 second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Dip each ball into melted chocolate, let excess drip off, and place back on the sheet.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes until chocolate is set.
- Serve immediately or store in an airtight container.
Notes
Optional: roll in crushed nuts or sprinkles for decoration. Store in fridge for up to 2 weeks or freeze for longer storage.
