Easy 3-Ingredient Peanut Butter Balls

Ingredients
  

Peanut Butter Balls
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Equipment

  • Mixing bowl
  • Microwave-safe bowl
  • Fork
  • Parchment-lined baking sheet

Method
 

  1. Combine peanut butter and powdered sugar in a bowl until smooth.
  2. Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined sheet.
  3. Melt chocolate chips in microwave in 20–30 second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  4. Dip each ball into melted chocolate, let excess drip off, and place back on the sheet.
  5. Chill for at least 30 minutes until chocolate is set.
  6. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container.

Notes

Optional: roll in crushed nuts or sprinkles for decoration. Store in fridge for up to 2 weeks or freeze for longer storage.
