- Soak dried chilies in hot water for 10–15 minutes until softened.
- Drain chilies and add to blender with remaining ingredients.
- Blend until smooth and well combined.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
- Pour over meat and marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Cook marinated meat using preferred method until fully cooked.
Notes
Best when marinated overnight for deeper flavor.
