Ingredients
  

Salad
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast shredded
  • 3 cups napa cabbage sliced
  • 1 cup red cabbage shredded
  • 1 cup carrots shredded
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced
  • 2 tbsp green onions sliced
Peanut Dressing
  • 0.5 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Method
 

  1. Combine all salad ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Whisk all peanut dressing ingredients until smooth.
  3. Toss salad with dressing until evenly coated.
