Ingredients
  

Frittata Base
  • 8 eggs large
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 1 bunch asparagus chopped
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
  3. Sauté asparagus for 4–5 minutes until tender.
  4. Add garlic and cook 30 seconds.
  5. Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  6. Pour egg mixture over vegetables and sprinkle with cheese.
  7. Cook on stovetop 2–3 minutes until edges set.
  8. Bake in oven 15–18 minutes until center is just set.

Notes

Let rest 5 minutes before slicing for clean cuts.
