- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
- Sauté asparagus for 4–5 minutes until tender.
- Add garlic and cook 30 seconds.
- Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Pour egg mixture over vegetables and sprinkle with cheese.
- Cook on stovetop 2–3 minutes until edges set.
- Bake in oven 15–18 minutes until center is just set.
