Ingredients
  

Salmon
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 lemons juiced and sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
  • fresh parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Pat salmon fillets dry and arrange on the prepared baking sheet.
  3. Whisk olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika in a small bowl.
  4. Brush the lemon garlic mixture evenly over the salmon fillets.
  5. Top with lemon slices and bake uncovered for 12–15 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve immediately.

Notes

Adjust baking time based on thickness of salmon fillets.
