Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Pat salmon fillets dry and arrange on the prepared baking sheet.
- Whisk olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika in a small bowl.
- Brush the lemon garlic mixture evenly over the salmon fillets.
- Top with lemon slices and bake uncovered for 12–15 minutes.
- Remove from oven, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve immediately.
