Tilapia Bake
  • 4 tilapia fillets
  • 4 tbsp butter melted
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice fresh
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Place tilapia fillets in a single layer in the baking dish.
  3. Mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the lemon-garlic butter mixture over the tilapia.
  5. Top with optional lemon slices and bake for 12–15 minutes.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate fish in lemon and garlic for 10 minutes before baking.
