Fish
  • 4 tilapia fillets 4-6 oz each
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Prepare baking dish.
  2. Pat tilapia dry and arrange in dish.
  3. Mix butter, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, and zest.
  4. Season fish with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  5. Pour sauce over fish evenly.
  6. Bake 12–15 minutes until flaky and cooked through.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra flavor, broil for 1-2 minutes at the end for lightly golden edges.
