- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a pie dish.
- Place cubed bread evenly into the prepared dish.
- Sprinkle chocolate toffee bits and chopped pecans over the bread.
- Whisk eggs, milk, cream, butter, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg until smooth.
- Pour custard mixture evenly over the bread and let soak 10–15 minutes.
- Bake for 45–50 minutes until set and golden brown.
- Cool slightly before slicing and serving.
