Method
- Combine warm water, sugar, and yeast in a bowl and let sit until foamy.
- Add olive oil, salt, and flour gradually to form a soft dough. Knead until smooth.
- Cover and let dough rise until doubled in size.
- Roll dough into a rectangle and place on a lined baking sheet.
- Mix melted butter with garlic and brush over dough.
- Sprinkle cheeses evenly on top and score into breadstick shapes.
- Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 12–15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Cool slightly, cut, and serve warm.
