Ingredients
  

Dough
  • 2.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 2 tsp instant yeast
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
Topping
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1.5 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese grated

Method
 

  1. Combine warm water, sugar, and yeast in a bowl and let sit until foamy.
  2. Add olive oil, salt, and flour gradually to form a soft dough. Knead until smooth.
  3. Cover and let dough rise until doubled in size.
  4. Roll dough into a rectangle and place on a lined baking sheet.
  5. Mix melted butter with garlic and brush over dough.
  6. Sprinkle cheeses evenly on top and score into breadstick shapes.
  7. Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 12–15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  8. Cool slightly, cut, and serve warm.

Notes

Brush extra garlic butter after baking for stronger flavor.
