Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup white rice uncooked
  • 1.5 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1.5 cups cheddar cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup mozzarella cheese shredded

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Brown ground beef in olive oil, then add onion and garlic.
  3. Season with paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stir in rice, beef broth, and tomato sauce.
  5. Transfer to baking dish, cover, and bake 35 minutes.
  6. Uncover, add cheese, and bake until melted and golden.
