Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.25 cup granulated sugar
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter melted
Cream Layer
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 8 oz whipped topping thawed
Topping
  • 21 oz cherry pie filling

Method
 

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a square dish.
  2. Chill crust for 15 minutes to set.
  3. Beat cream cheese until smooth, then add powdered sugar and vanilla.
  4. Fold in whipped topping gently.
  5. Spread cream mixture over crust evenly.
  6. Top with cherry pie filling.
  7. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before slicing and serving.
