Ingredients
  

Cobbler Base
  • 3 cups cooked chicken shredded
  • 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1.5 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
Biscuit Topping
  • 2 cups cheddar bay biscuit mix
  • 0.66 cup milk

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Layer chicken evenly in the dish, followed by frozen vegetables.
  3. Whisk broth, milk, butter, and seasonings; pour over chicken.
  4. Sprinkle cheese evenly on top.
  5. Mix biscuit mix with milk and spoon over casserole.
  6. Bake 40–45 minutes until biscuits are golden and filling bubbles.
