Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
- Sauté onion in olive oil until soft, then add garlic.
- Add zucchini and cook until slightly softened.
- Mix chicken, zucchini, cream, and cheese in a bowl.
- Transfer to baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Notes
You can substitute cream with milk for a lighter version or add extra vegetables for variety.
