- In a mixing bowl combine rolled oats, cocoa powder, chopped almonds, and sea salt.
- Add almond butter, honey, and vanilla extract.
- Stir until the mixture becomes thick and evenly combined.
- Fold in mini chocolate chips.
- Add milk if needed to achieve a slightly sticky consistency.
- Roll the mixture into tablespoon-sized balls.
- Place bites on a tray and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Serve chilled or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
Notes
For extra flavor roll the bites in cocoa powder, crushed almonds, or shredded coconut before chilling.
