  • 1 wheel Brie cheese
  • 8 oz aged cheddar cubed
  • 1 log goat cheese
  • 12 slices salami
  • 8 slices prosciutto
  • 2 cups assorted crackers
  • 1 cup red grapes
  • 1 cup sugared cranberries
  • 0.5 cup mixed nuts
  • 0.25 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 2 tbsp fig jam
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 6 sprigs fresh rosemary

Method
 

  1. Start with a large wooden board or marble platter.
  2. Arrange the cheeses in separate corners or spaced evenly.
  3. Fold, roll, or shape meats and place around the cheeses.
  4. Add crackers in small piles or curved formations.
  5. Fill in gaps with fresh fruit such as grapes and sugared cranberries.
  6. Add nuts, jams, honey, and small bowls for spreads.
  7. Garnish with rosemary sprigs for a festive holiday touch.
  8. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to one hour before serving.
