- Crumble Christmas Tree Cakes into a large bowl until finely broken down.
- Mix in softened cream cheese until dough-like and smooth.
- Roll into 1-inch truffle balls and place on a lined baking sheet.
- Chill in the freezer for 15 minutes or refrigerator for 40 minutes.
- Melt white chocolate or almond bark until smooth.
- Dip truffles into chocolate, letting excess drip off.
- Place coated truffles on parchment and add sprinkles while wet.
- Allow to set fully before serving or storing.
Notes
Use almond bark for the easiest dipping; freeze truffles slightly for cleaner coating.
