Ingredients
  

Cookie Batter
  • 6 cakes Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes crumbled
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
Filling
  • 12 oz white chocolate or almond bark melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract optional
  • 1 festive holiday sprinkles for decorating

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls
  • Baking sheet
  • Wire rack
  • Hand mixer or stand mixer

Method
 

  1. Crumble Christmas Tree Cakes into a large bowl until finely broken down.
  2. Mix in softened cream cheese until dough-like and smooth.
  3. Roll into 1-inch truffle balls and place on a lined baking sheet.
  4. Chill in the freezer for 15 minutes or refrigerator for 40 minutes.
  5. Melt white chocolate or almond bark until smooth.
  6. Dip truffles into chocolate, letting excess drip off.
  7. Place coated truffles on parchment and add sprinkles while wet.
  8. Allow to set fully before serving or storing.

Notes

Use almond bark for the easiest dipping; freeze truffles slightly for cleaner coating.
