Flatbread Dough
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 1 egg large
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Method
 

  1. Mix cottage cheese, egg, and olive oil in a bowl until combined.
  2. Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl.

  4. Knead briefly on a floured surface until smooth.
  5. Divide dough into portions and roll into thin rounds.
