Ingredients
  

Pastry
  • 1 sheet puff pastry thawed
  • 6 oz brie cheese rind removed, sliced
  • 0.5 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp fresh rosemary chopped
  • 1 egg beaten

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
  3. Spread cranberry sauce evenly over pastry and layer with brie slices.
  4. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with rosemary.
  5. Roll pastry into a log and slice into even swirls.
  6. Place on baking sheet, brush with egg wash, and bake until golden.
