  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup dried cranberries chopped
  • 0.5 cup pecans toasted and chopped
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper freshly ground
  • 2 tbsp green onions optional garnish

Method
 

  1. Beat softened cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Mix in shredded cheddar cheese until combined.
  3. Add garlic powder, black pepper, and salt if desired.
  4. Fold in cranberries and pecans, reserving some for topping.
  5. Transfer mixture to a serving bowl and smooth the top.
  6. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle remaining toppings.
  7. Chill briefly or serve immediately.

Notes

Serve with crackers, fruit slices, or crostini. Best enjoyed slightly chilled or at room temperature.
