  • 4 cups cucumbers thinly sliced
  • 0.5 red onion thinly sliced
  • 0.75 cup sour cream
  • 0.25 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill chopped
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp lemon juice optional
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp sugar optional

Method
 

  1. Thinly slice cucumbers and red onion.
  2. In a bowl, whisk sour cream, yogurt, vinegar, lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper, and sugar.

  4. Add cucumbers and onion, tossing gently to coat.
  5. Chill for 20–30 minutes before serving.

Notes

For less moisture, salt cucumbers and pat dry before mixing.
