- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and garlic powder.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear chicken until golden brown on both sides. Remove and set aside.
- Cook chopped bacon in the same skillet until crispy. Remove bacon and leave some grease in the pan.
- Add butter and garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in corn kernels and cook briefly before adding chicken broth and heavy cream.
- Mix in parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning until the sauce becomes creamy.
- Return chicken to the skillet and simmer until fully cooked.
- Top with cheddar cheese, cover until melted, then garnish with bacon and parsley before serving.
