Method
- Place chicken breasts into the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Pour salsa over the chicken and sprinkle taco seasoning on top.
- Cook on LOW 5–6 hours or HIGH 2.5–3 hours.
- Remove chicken, shred with two forks, and return to the slow cooker.
- Stir in cream cheese if using until melted and creamy.
- Serve in tacos, bowls, nachos, or wraps.
Notes
Use your favorite salsa type: fire-roasted, chunky red, or salsa verde.
