  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter well stirred
  • 0.5 cup coconut oil refined, melted
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.25 tsp sea salt

Method
 

  1. Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. Melt coconut oil gently until liquid.
  3. Stir peanut butter into coconut oil until smooth.
  4. Add vanilla and salt, mixing well.
  5. Gradually mix in powdered sugar until thick and smooth.
  6. Spread mixture evenly into prepared pan.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 60 minutes until firm.
  8. Slice into squares and serve.
