Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out puff pastry and cut into 1-inch strips.
- Wrap strips around cone molds to form horn shapes.
- Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with sugar.
- Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool and remove molds carefully.
- Whip cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form.
- Fold in strawberries gently.
- Pipe filling into cooled pastry horns.
- Dust with powdered sugar and serve.
Notes
For best texture, fill just before serving to keep pastry crisp.
