Fish
  • 4 tilapia fillets
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Pat tilapia fillets dry and arrange in baking dish.
  3. Mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, zest, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Brush mixture evenly over fillets.
  5. Bake 12–15 minutes until fish flakes easily.
  6. Garnish with parsley and lemon slices before serving.

Notes

Do not overbake. Fish should reach 145°F internal temperature.
