Ingredients
  

Vegetables
  • 1 head cauliflower cut into florets
  • 2 cups mushrooms sliced
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp paprika optional
  • 1 tbsp parsley chopped
  • 1 tsp lemon juice optional

  • Knife

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add cauliflower florets and cook until golden and tender, about 8–10 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt another tablespoon of butter and sauté mushrooms until browned.
  4. Add garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook until fragrant.
  5. Return cauliflower to the skillet and add remaining butter. Toss to coat.
  6. Finish with parsley and lemon juice, then serve warm.

Notes

For extra flavor, add Parmesan cheese or red pepper flakes before serving.
