Method
- Heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add cauliflower florets and cook until golden and tender, about 8–10 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt another tablespoon of butter and sauté mushrooms until browned.
- Add garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook until fragrant.
- Return cauliflower to the skillet and add remaining butter. Toss to coat.
- Finish with parsley and lemon juice, then serve warm.
Notes
For extra flavor, add Parmesan cheese or red pepper flakes before serving.
