Ingredients
  

Gelatin Base
  • 1 package flavored gelatin powder 3 oz
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 0.5 cup cold water
Creamy Mixture
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt plain or vanilla
  • 2-3 tbsp honey or sugar optional
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract optional
Garnish
  • 1 cup fresh fruit berries or mango

Equipment

  • Heatproof bowl

Method
 

  1. Place gelatin powder in a heatproof bowl and pour boiling water over it. Whisk until completely dissolved.
  2. Stir in cold water and allow the mixture to cool for 5–10 minutes.
  3. Gradually whisk in Greek yogurt until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add honey or sugar and vanilla extract if desired, mixing well.
  5. Pour the mixture into a serving dish or molds.
  6. Refrigerate for 3–4 hours until fully set.
  7. Garnish with fresh fruit before serving.

Notes

Use thick Greek yogurt for best texture. Allow gelatin mixture to cool slightly before adding yogurt to prevent separation.
