- Place gelatin powder in a heatproof bowl and pour boiling water over it. Whisk until completely dissolved.
- Stir in cold water and allow the mixture to cool for 5–10 minutes.
- Gradually whisk in Greek yogurt until smooth and creamy.
- Add honey or sugar and vanilla extract if desired, mixing well.
- Pour the mixture into a serving dish or molds.
- Refrigerate for 3–4 hours until fully set.
- Garnish with fresh fruit before serving.
Notes
Use thick Greek yogurt for best texture. Allow gelatin mixture to cool slightly before adding yogurt to prevent separation.
