Fluff Base
  • 1 box instant pistachio pudding mix
  • 20 oz crushed pineapple drained
  • 3 cups mini marshmallows
  • 8 oz whipped topping thawed
  • 1-2 drops green food coloring optional
Garnish
  • red heart sprinkles or maraschino cherries

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, mix pistachio pudding and crushed pineapple until thickened.
  2. Fold in mini marshmallows evenly.
  3. Gently fold in whipped topping until fluffy.
  4. Add food coloring if desired and mix gently.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  6. Garnish with red heart sprinkles before serving.

Notes

Chill longer for a firmer texture. Best served cold.
