Ingredients
  

Croissant Sandwiches
  • 6 large croissants sliced in half
  • 12 slices deli ham
  • 6 slices Swiss cheese
  • 6 slices cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
Butter Glaze
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1 egg for egg wash
  • 1 tbsp water

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Slice croissants horizontally and spread Dijon mustard and mayonnaise inside each croissant.
  3. Layer ham, Swiss cheese, and cheddar cheese inside each croissant.
  4. Arrange croissants on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Mix melted butter, honey, garlic powder, and parsley in a small bowl.
  6. Whisk egg and water together and brush lightly over croissant tops.
  7. Brush seasoned butter mixture over croissants.
  8. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.
  9. Serve warm garnished with parsley and cracked black pepper.

Notes

Use bakery-style croissants for the flakiest texture and best flavor. These sandwiches can be assembled ahead and refrigerated until ready to bake.
