- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Slice croissants horizontally and spread Dijon mustard and mayonnaise inside each croissant.
- Layer ham, Swiss cheese, and cheddar cheese inside each croissant.
- Arrange croissants on the prepared baking sheet.
- Mix melted butter, honey, garlic powder, and parsley in a small bowl.
- Whisk egg and water together and brush lightly over croissant tops.
- Brush seasoned butter mixture over croissants.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Serve warm garnished with parsley and cracked black pepper.
Notes
Use bakery-style croissants for the flakiest texture and best flavor. These sandwiches can be assembled ahead and refrigerated until ready to bake.
