Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mash bananas in a large bowl until mostly smooth.
- Stir in peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
- Mix in oats, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt until combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Scoop dough onto baking sheet and flatten slightly.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until set.
- Cool on wire rack before serving.
Notes
Use very ripe bananas for best sweetness and texture.
