- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- Blend cottage cheese, eggs, maple syrup, vanilla, milk, and oats until smooth.
- Transfer to a bowl and mix in protein powder, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- Fold in berries gently.
- Pour batter into baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake 30–35 minutes until set and lightly golden.
- Cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
You can substitute oats with almond flour for a lower-carb version. Frozen berries work well without thawing.
