Method
- In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, yeast, and salt. Add warm water and stir until a sticky dough forms.
- Cover bowl and let dough rise at room temperature for 12–18 hours until doubled and bubbly.
- Preheat Dutch oven in oven at 450°F (230°C) for at least 30 minutes.
- Turn dough onto floured surface, shape gently into round loaf.
- Place dough on parchment paper, cover loosely, rest 30 minutes while oven finishes preheating.
- Transfer dough into preheated Dutch oven using parchment. Cover and bake 30 minutes.
- Remove lid and bake additional 15–20 minutes until golden and crusty.
- Cool loaf on wire rack completely before slicing.

Ensure long fermentation for best flavor and texture. Avoid over-handling dough.
