- Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper and set aside.
- Combine chocolate chips, condensed milk, and butter in a saucepan over low heat.
- Stir gently until melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and salt.
- Pour mixture into prepared pan and smooth the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until fully set.
- Slice into squares and serve.
