- Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine oats, almonds, pecans, sunflower seeds, coconut, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl.
- Whisk melted coconut oil, honey, maple syrup, and vanilla in a separate bowl.
- Pour wet ingredients over dry ingredients and stir until fully coated.
- Spread mixture evenly on prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown.
- Cool completely, then stir in dried cranberries.
- Store in an airtight container and enjoy.
