Ingredients
  

Granola Base
  • 4 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 cup chopped almonds
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 0.5 cup sunflower seeds
  • 0.5 cup shredded coconut unsweetened
  • 0.5 cup coconut oil melted
  • 0.5 cup honey
  • 0.25 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 1 cup dried cranberries or raisins

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine oats, almonds, pecans, sunflower seeds, coconut, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl.
  3. Whisk melted coconut oil, honey, maple syrup, and vanilla in a separate bowl.
  4. Pour wet ingredients over dry ingredients and stir until fully coated.
  5. Spread mixture evenly on prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 25–30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown.
  7. Cool completely, then stir in dried cranberries.
  8. Store in an airtight container and enjoy.

Notes

Customize with your favorite nuts, seeds, or dried fruits. For chunkier granola clusters, avoid stirring while cooling.
