Ingredients
  

Guacamole
  • 3 ripe avocados
  • 1 jalapeño finely diced
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 0.25 cup red onion finely diced
  • 1 tomato diced
  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro chopped
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 0.5 tsp salt to taste
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Cut avocados in half, remove pits, and scoop flesh into a mixing bowl.
  2. Mash avocados to desired consistency using a fork.
  3. Add lime juice, jalapeño, onion, tomato, cilantro, and garlic.
  4. Season with salt and pepper and mix gently to combine.
  5. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed before serving.

Notes

For best flavor, use ripe avocados and fresh lime juice. Serve immediately or store with plastic wrap pressed against the surface.
