Ingredients
  

Gummy Mixture
  • 2 cups fruit juice 100% juice
  • 3 tbsp unflavored gelatin
  • 2-4 tbsp honey or sugar adjust to taste
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice optional

Equipment

  • Silicone molds
  • Measuring cups

Method
 

  1. Warm fruit juice in a saucepan over low heat without boiling.
  2. Gradually whisk in gelatin until fully dissolved.
  3. Add honey or sugar and stir well.
  4. Mix in lemon juice if using.
  5. Pour mixture into molds.
  6. Refrigerate 1–2 hours until set.
  7. Remove from molds and serve.

Notes

Use silicone molds for best results. Adjust gelatin for desired texture.
