- Warm fruit juice in a saucepan over low heat without boiling.
- Gradually whisk in gelatin until fully dissolved.
- Add honey or sugar and stir well.
- Mix in lemon juice if using.
- Pour mixture into molds.
- Refrigerate 1–2 hours until set.
- Remove from molds and serve.
Notes
Use silicone molds for best results. Adjust gelatin for desired texture.
