Ingredients
  

Pancake Batter
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 0.5 tsp baking soda
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs large
  • 1.75 cups milk
  • 0.25 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Whisk dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
  2. Whisk wet ingredients in a separate bowl until combined.
  3. Combine wet and dry ingredients gently without overmixing.
  4. Let batter rest for 5–10 minutes.
  5. Cook pancakes on a greased skillet over medium heat until golden on both sides.

Notes

Do not overmix batter. For extra fluffy pancakes, let the batter rest before cooking.
