- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and brown the sausage. Remove and set aside.
- Sauté onion and bell peppers in the same skillet until softened.

- Add chicken broth and diced tomatoes, stirring well.
- Return sausage to skillet, cover, and simmer until rice is tender.
- Rest briefly, fluff rice, and serve warm.
