- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix, whole corn, and creamed corn.
- Stir in sour cream and melted butter until combined.
- Add eggs and mix until smooth.
- Fold in shredded cheese if using.
- Pour mixture into prepared dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 40–45 minutes until golden and set in the center.
- Cool slightly before serving.

For extra flavor, add jalapeños, herbs, or additional cheese.
