  • 1 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 egg large
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.25 tsp onion powder
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Finely chop spinach and ensure it is completely dry.

  4. Scoop small portions onto baking sheet and flatten into thin rounds.
