  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter melted

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a sheet pan.
  2. Toss potatoes with olive oil and seasonings; roast 15 minutes.

  5. Roast 30–35 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F.
